All sales are final. Returns require prior authorization from the Customer Service Department. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Used merchandise may not be returned under any circumstances.
Capella Flavors is happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event they are damaged in transit if photos of the package and contents are provided.
To ensure you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents of your shipment upon arrival. Return requests made 14 days after your shipment’s delivery date will not be accepted.
Capella Flavors is not responsible for any fees associated with damage or loss on return shipments.
Refused packages are subject to additional shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds can only be credited to the originating payment method.
Filing a Claim
Should your package be damaged in transit, please email photos of the damage, along with your order number to email@example.com
Please note the claim process can take up to 21 days to complete.
If a shipment is damaged en route, a replacement may be provided under certain circumstances but if your order is marked delivered, an investigation must be opened and a claim completed prior to sending the replacement product. If the replacement product is urgently needed, please process a new order and a credit or refund will be provided once the claim is complete.
